At the Heart of Balgarska Armiya: Sector A – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum

Generations of CSKA supporters have tied their lives to Balgarska Armiya Stadium
— the place where some of their happiest moments have unfolded. Now, our
mission is to revive our historic home and transform it into a place where our
beloved team can once again make dreams come true — in a beautiful,
comfortable and safe environment.

Here is what each level of Sector A will have to offer:

🟣 Platinum Level

Eight spacious and luxurious VIP boxes, ranging from 37 to 53 sq m, will offer a
premium experience with private terraces and comfortable heated outdoor
seating, designed for those seeking the very best. This is where spectators will
enjoy the finest possible views of the pitch, the park and the mountain,
complemented by five-star food and beverage service.
Each skybox will have its own private terrace with luxury seating for 10–12 guests,
a stylish interior, multimedia facilities and additional amenities designed to deliver
the ultimate matchday experience.
Three dedicated platforms for television cameras will be positioned on the
Platinum Level terrace, while the end of the level closest to Sector B will house the
control room and a spacious television studio overlooking the pitch.

🟡 Gold Level

The Gold Level will feature 20 VIP boxes (skyboxes) with stylish interiors and highquality food and beverage service. The standard skyboxes on this floor will cover
35 sq m, while the two boxes at either end will be larger, at 55 sq m each.
The luxurious setting, exceptional comfort and outstanding views of the pitch will
provide spectators with an unforgettable experience during their favourite team’s
matches. Each skybox will also have its own outdoor terrace with seating for
between 12 and 24 guests.

⚪️Silver Level

A shared VIP space in the stadium’s largest hospitality hall will be available to all
Silver package holders. A carefully selected range of food and beverages,
combined with central views of the pitch and the park in front of Sector A, will
create a natural setting for meetings and conversations.
The Silver Level will also feature the stadium’s largest hall, covering 1,140 sq m. It
can be used by supporters before, during and after football matches, as well as for
a wide range of events and activities. The flexible space can be divided into three
spacious sections, allowing different types of events to take place simultaneously.
Spectators on this level will enter through the main VIP entrance of Sector A and
will have direct access from the Silver hall to the central stand, offering an excellent
view of the pitch. This area of Sector A will have a capacity of 1,126 seats, with
visitors enjoying high-quality catering included in the price of their season ticket or
match ticket.

🟠 Bronze Level

Shared hospitality spaces will be located in the southern and northern sections of
Sector A, both offering excellent views of the pitch and the opportunity to enjoy
food and beverages in a comfortable environment.
The Bronze Level will also feature two spacious halls, each covering 228 sq m,
where supporters will be able to spend time before matches, at half-time and after
the final whistle while enjoying a varied selection of food and beverages. Both
areas will provide direct access to the stands, with the Bronze Level offering a total
capacity of 1,066 seats — 533 on each side of the sector.
Another key facility on this floor will be the dedicated Media Centre, designed and
equipped in accordance with all UEFA requirements for hosting matches at the
highest international level (Category 4). Covering 207 sq m, it will provide 60
workstations, a dedicated storage room for video and photography equipment,
and a catering area.
There will be a total of 226 seats for journalists, 90 of which will feature dedicated
workstations with power outlets and wired internet access. A further 70 seats will
be equipped with work desks for the convenience of reporters.
The Bronze Level will also house CSKA’s club offices for the administrative staff
responsible for matchday organisation, as well as an additional meeting room.
The Balgarska Armiya fan shop will be spread across two floors, with its upper
floor also located on the Bronze Level. Covering 178 sq m, it will be directly
connected to CSKA’s future club museum — a very special venue extending across
an impressive area of nearly 560 sq m.
